Consumer feedback is encouraged through regular patient satisfaction surveys and patient feedback brochures are available onsite at each facility. With the highest standards of Infection Prevention and Control in place, Adora Day Surgeries are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, doctors and visitors.

Adora Day Surgeries uses an integrated approach to identify, analyse, evaluate, treat, monitor, and review health care risks.

A proactive and collaborative approach is taken, placing the emphasis on prevention, in order to assist all Adora Day Surgeries in providing the safest possible environment for patients, staff, doctors and visitors.

All health professionals practising at Adora Day Surgeries will undergo initial credentialing process and further re-credentialing every three years, including setting the scope of practise. Credentialing process is completed at State and/or National Credentialing Committees.

Adora Day Surgeries continually assess the competence, performance and health service provided by each health professional.

All facilities are fully accredited by Global-Mark to the eight National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
