We are committed to partnering with consumers to ensure that the policies, procedures and care at Greensborough Day Surgery meet the needs of our patients, carers and other consumers.

Every patient is asked to scan a QR code that will direct you to a patient feedback form for you to complete in your own time. . The feedback from these forms is reviewed and discussed at all management and staff meetings, and changes implemented as need is identified.
